In ancient times,
“Can da burcio” is a Venetian expression that literally means “burcio dog,” referring to the small dogs that served as alarm systems aboard burci, large cargo boats typical of the lagoon.
Luna, on the other hand, loves being on board simply to enjoy the scenery.
