\u201cStories Under the Covers\u201d is a peephole that offers readers the chance to enter, as discreet witnesses, into the correspondence between two young lovers. The notebook passes from hand to hand between the protagonists, becoming the space where their dialogue unfolds. Their different levels of proficiency in Italian allow the reader to understand who is writing: one expresses themselves with ease, while the other reveals uncertainties and small mistakes, authentic traces of their own voice. It is a story intended for a public audience, yet at the same time deeply private, where dialogue takes on a strong graphic dimension and the text intertwines with the illustrations of the two protagonists.<\/p>\n
